Job Description

Our client, a growing and complex organization, is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President - Title Operations to provide executive leadership over day-to-day operations and support scalable, sustainable growth. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, aligning people and processes to strategic objectives, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple locations and functions.

The Senior Vice President - Title Operations will partner closely with the executive leadership team to translate strategy into action through strong people leadership, disciplined operational management, and data-driven decision-making.

Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Pay: $200k/annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee operations across multiple locations and functions
  • Develop and mentor senior leaders to drive alignment and performance
  • Optimize workforce planning, staffing levels, and resource allocation
  • Provide oversight of a large hourly workforce through frontline and senior leadership
  • Drive operational improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Balance cost management with revenue growth and profitability goals
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and metrics
  • Monitor performance and adjust execution to meet business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience, including large hourly workforces
  • Proven success leading multi-site or complex operations
  • Strong people leadership, communication, and influence skills
  • Demonstrated experience with operational excellence and process improvement
  • Ability to develop and execute business plans aligned to strategy
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience using KPIs and analytics
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with enterprise systems and operational technologies
